Back in action

Im back from a month off. Its the first time ive ever had this much time off and ive got to say im reviewing how i normally holiday in favour of four straight weeks. just what i needed. That said its back to business... First up ive got w few changes coming to the format of the show this week so tune in and while i was away i missed the launch of Playground @ spirit its the new Thursday night student night. They have a diary room that you can record messages and then they put it up on bebo. Heres last weeks bits enjoy. See you on Friday.
